Starting Out...

Okay, so welcome to Barbara's Beauty Bar. This is my first post and I wanted to take a chance to introduce my blog and the intention behind it. I wanted to create a special place where I could discuss my opinion on beauty and style. I'm a bit of a makeup and shopping junkie and my favorite makeup brands are Bare Escentuals, Urban Decay, Lorac, and Mac. I access blogs all the time to look up swatches of products in order to make purchasing decisions, so I thought it would be fun to contribute as well. In addition to swatches, I will be including reviews of items that I purchase and probably just some random blogging type posts as well. I hope you will enjoy reading my blog and welcome!
