Bare Escentuals - Sarina's Picks Photos and Swatches

While BE was on QVC last week, one of the items that I picked up was the Sarina's Picks kit. The colors in the kit were actually hand picked by the VP of Product Development at BE. This kit features 5 full sized products for $34. It's a great value and the colors are really pretty warm neutrals that I could not pass up.

The kit features the following items:

Prime Time Primer Shadow in Sundance

Big & Bright Eyeliner in Black Coffee

Flawless Definition Volumizing Mascara in Black

Frisky Blush

Buxom Big & Healthy Lip Polish in Sarina

While the contents of this kit are not brand new colors, I only owned Frisky and the black coffee liner. These colors really give you a nice neutral look for the fall. We all know how big the neutral look is this season and I always seem to gravitate towards it.

Frisky blush is one of my favorite blushes. It's a really nice warm peachy coral shade and you will have no problem getting this blush to show up if you are medium skin tone. (For reference, I wear either Medium Beige or Medium in BE foundation. At times it seems I really have to pack a shade on for it to show up. Not the case with Frisky.)

The sundance primer shadow impart a really nice golden peach sheen on your eyelids. This could easily be worn all over the lid as a wash.

Black Coffee liner is the perfect dark brown shade. It kind of reminds me of Bark liner shadow.

Sarina Buxom is gorgeous nude caramel shade with greenish blue sparkle. Sounds weird but it really is pretty.

I'm glad to get a flawless definition volumizing mascara. I've never really given the volumizing version a try but I love the regular one for the separation it creates. If you do not like gloopy mascaras, then flawless definition regular is definitely one to try out.

So all in all, I'm really pleased with this kit. For the money, I think it was a great value and these are great everyday shades that I'm sure I will reach for on a regular basis.
